Marcy Lanier is the proud owner of Willow's Dream Salon and Gift Shop. Marcy's daily goal is to help people feel and look their best. She finds inspiration from her husband, Hunter, and her children, Willow and Wolfe. They are so grateful to have been living and loving in Asheville for the past eighteen years.

Hi! My name is Abigayle. I recently moved here to Asheville from Colorado to study Ayurveda, and I love hiking, furry friends, and pizza! I have been a hairdresser for 9 years and specialize in balayage, shags, and vivid colors. Fun fact: My mom, aunt, and brother all do hair! It must be in the blood!

I went to the Toni & Guy Academy and have done endless continuing education to keep my skills sharp and up to date. I look forward to meeting you in my chair! Xoxo

Born and raised in Asheville NC, Amanda is in love with the Blue Ridge Mountains and everything that they encompass. When she's not behind the chair she is in the woods

Through many different ventures, Amanda has been able to grow exponentially, creating a diverse range of skills. These include, but are not limited to cuts, color, wedding up-dos, fairy hair, fashion shows, editorials and television.

By mastering these skills, she is able to provide innovative, fresh looks that keep her clients coming back for more.

Also, by attending amazing updates from Schwarzkopf Professional, she stays on top of all the new and upcoming trends. This allows her to constantly give the best of the best to every person that sits in her chair. Amanda prides herself in being able to incorporate art, fashion and beauty to make a difference in the world, one person at a time.

Hello! My name is Cassie and I have been a hairstylist in Wilmington, NC for 18 years. I'm a beach girl at heart, but the mountains have my soul! I am excited to bring my hair expertise to Asheville, and thrilled to be able to do so here at Willow's Dream.I have a variety of expertise and skills in most hair services - from color corrections and chemical services, to master cuts and blowouts! I love to create for special occasions and unique events (including working with models, musicians, actors, etc). Any occasion I can help curate and make extra special for my clients is my top priority!As a side passion, I also love to make hair wear and glamour wigs and accessories (formal, costume looks, and cosplay).

Danielle is an artist with a passion for people. Behind the chair, her creative vision is best expressed by enhancing ones natural beauty. No length or texture of hair is off limits. Her training in hair cutting is extensive and she believes that the cut and color play together. Whether its a soft and subtle or bold and edgy, low maintenance doesn't have to be boring!

Donna Bates is an industry veteran hailing from Chicago with 15+ years of experience. Inspired by her client's ideas she puts great value in education ultimately allowing her to stay current and achieve her clients desired looks. Motivated by variety and the ever ebb and flow of the industry she will intently listen to your ideas and execute them with great care and skill. Donna's main color medium is Redken but will gladly include other lines into her palette upon request. Balayage, fashion colors, low maintenance curls, precision bobs, or razored pixies. Drew has a lifetime of achievements as a stylist. He managed the #1 hair salon in Salt Lake City for 5 years. After that, Drew moved to Asheville to work as a hair stylist on the "Last of the Mohicans" set and hasn’t left since. We’re very glad to add Drew to our list of incredible staff!

I am an artist originally from North Carolina and am passionate about making people feel beautiful and confident. I have been doing hair since 2011 and love working with Eufora color and styling products. My strengths and passions involve natural highlighting and custom blonding (including grey blending) for a low-maintenance grow-out. I love doing natural dimensional brunettes that are blended and soft. I love doing classic layered haircuts with movement, precision bobs, textured mullets, shags, and also working with natural curls. I love to educate my clients on how to keep their hair healthy and manageable while also keeping it simple. I'm passionate about creating a safe space for neurodiverse children and adults- knowing that patience and safety is important and inclusive. I also respect all gender identities and pronouns wherever you are on your journey to you. When I'm not being creative behind the chair I love oil painting, playing my guitar/drums, yoga and spending time with my animals. Can't wait to meet you!

Passion precision and a meticulous nature are hallmarks of Greg’s work. He comes to Asheville via London and NYC Training and working at Vidal Sassoon and bumble and bumble. Specializing in low maintenance manageable haircuts and color to suit you and your lifestyle.

Kat is a North Carolina native with twenty consecutive years of experience as a hair designer. She specializes in precision haircuts both men and women, Brazilian Blowouts, Dimensional Highlighting, Fashion Color, Balayage, and is great with grey coverage. She has a degree in Graphic Design and enjoys being creative with painting in her free time. She loves working in a boutique salon space and is very happy to be part of our team.

Kim brings 30 years of experience and passion in the hair industry. She has practiced and perfected her craft in Florida, New York City, and now Asheville, North Carolina! When it comes to hair - curly, straight, short, long, punk or classic - nothing is off-limits! Kim is a certified colorist through Redken NYC and is also certified through Keratin Complex. She loves to help people find that particular style/color that allows them to feel like their most beautiful self!

I have enjoyed being on set, behind the chair and back stage as a hair and makeup stylist for over two decades. My experience journeys from Redken and Cutler to the Neo Burlesque scene and Circus Nightlife of New York City. With an intuitive approach to various forms of creation, I have become a wiser woman, more versatile artist and healer. My favorite hair work ranges from loose lived in looks to punk rock styles and tight fades! And talking about trauma, death, spirituality, astrology, healing and all things energy is my vibe! Originally from Mississippi and coming out of 15 yrs in NYC, I’m looking forward to my new, whole and balanced life here in Asheville.

Leah is a twenty year veteran of the salon and spa industry, and holds a degree in Advanced Cosmetic Sciences. As an Asheville native, she is an avid supporter of the artistic culture that graces her hometown, and believes the nails can be an extension of that creative spirit.  "Beautiful nails start with healthy nails, and from there the sky is the limit!   Your nails are little canvases that you carry with you everywhere you go, so be bold and express yourself!" I have lived in the Asheville area for 24 years. I’ve loved these mountains since I was a little girl. I have two grown daughters, and three dogs. I was a stay at home mom and professional face Painter before I became a stylist. I love to travel, garden, see live music and play in the woods. I consider myself a family stylist and love doing Womens, Mens and Kids cuts. I also enjoy doing all things color and texture related, including highlights, double process, root retouches, full color, perms, conditioning and Keratin smoothing treatments. Before I was a Willow’s Dream stylist, I was a client. This salon inspired me to be a cosmetologist. I am so grateful to be working at this beautiful salon making hair dreams come true.
