Inclement Weather

During the possibility of snow storms during Winter, Willow’s Dream is hoping to be open and operating as usual, but in the event that the roads become unsafe to travel, we may end up having to adjust our regular hours and/or potentially close.

On snow days, communication will be key! We want to encourage all of our clients that are scheduled over the weekend to call the front desk a few hours prior to your appointment to ensure that we are open and that your stylist was able to make it in. In addition, individual stylists that are unable to safely make it in to the salon will be reaching out to their clients to let them know and try to re-schedule so be sure to check your phone!

If you are able to make it in for an appointment over the weekend, please be advised that our parking lot can get very slippery so please be careful! Our goal is to keep all of our clients and customers as safe as possible during this winter storm.
